      None that I can think of other than payday.

      abusive to employees, little to no planning, everyone thinks they're smarter than everyone else. no one listens to issues.

      Pros

      Meridian Medical Technologies is a subsidiary of Pfizer Global Operations. With respect to job security, it manufactures EpiPen and corners 95% or the injectible epinephrine market. In addition, securing employment at Meridian Medical Technologies is fairly simple and an easy way to get under the Pfizer umbrella. Advancement opportunities exist for select candidates.

      Increased production is achieved at the cost of diminished quality. Some employees fear plant closure imminent due to incompetent management. The majority of the employees are high school graduates which supports an immature workplace culture. Promotions seem to be given to the somewhat less than qualified candidates.
