Pros

Surrounded by great colleagues whom I was able to learn a lot from. I felt this was a great first job after college to gain some work experience and decent pay. Had a great time at the companies annual Christmas party and also enjoyed my vacation hours. My immediate supervisors were very knowledgable in the industry and were always willing to help me learn. Also, all our customers are very professional which helped make the job a lot easier from a CRM standpoint.

Cons

Meritek is an established company but their online social presence is a little out dated. However, the company is making strides to improve. The inside sales position can become repetitive so I would suggest asking to learn more whenever possible.
