I felt so supported while I worked for Meritize. My manager was amazing, and he always encouraged me to stretch myself, while at the same time, he advocated for me like no one else ever has. You can tell that the senior leadership cares about their people. There is so much room for innovation and hard work. If you find a less-than-ideal situation, and make a proposal for how to improve it, you can really go far in the organization. I loved my coworkers and always looked forward to seeing them at meetings.

I lost this job due to my own negligence which is something I will regret for the rest of my career. Meritize has the best culture and work-family I've ever worked with. I even received a raise I didn't ask for within the first 6 months. The benefits are amazing and this company really cares about its staff and its clients. They're truly irreplaceable and will forever be missed.
