      There is absolutely no job security, even for employees who have been with the company for 3-4 years. The company treats staff like machines, expecting more work without consideration. The policy makers implement harsh and unsympathetic policies, and senior employees rarely speak up because they receive perks, primarily financial, to stay silent and enforce these practices on junior staff. There's no work-from-home option, even in emergencies. Management tends to favor long-term employees, while treating newcomers as easily replaceable. Honestly, it's better to remain unemployed than to work here. The job takes a serious toll on both your mental and physical health, and it's just not worth it.

      Poorly managed, poorly paid, higher-level management clearly doesn't care about staff. Lack of opportunities for promotions. Redundancies constantly. No job security. No progression.

      There are no options to learn anything new.. Since it is a product based company so they do not value employees and their ideologies, knowledge, worth. They just want us to work endlessly to increase their customer base. In the name of startup they will make you work for 10 hours straight still there is no recognition.

      Only one advantage in this company is they gives salary on time and also company have good infrastructure. Nothing else come in pros. and

      There are no management skills how to run team and how to manage work actually CTO have no idea how to run work. Not supporting team. When i joined this company then i read the review where some are good or some are Very Bad, then i decided to join with confidence. But finally I realized Good review was posted by management. And you can see if your are seeing any negative review then also see some positive review. Means positive review is from management side. They are treat you as labour and they mentally harass you and say he will fire you. So no job security here. There is no time management and they hire you for 9 hours but they given work you for 12 hours. Senior comes late in office, if you want to go back to your home after 9 hours completed then they will see you like "where are you going.........". If your are not working according to team hours they give you warning for PIP. PIP is Performance Improvement Plan until you are a good Employee.

      Dear Friend, There is nothing in this review we may learn from and improve. We are all ears to all the things we need to change for better. Salary and Variables are always on time as you said is actually helpful as a few fake reviews on the page quote it otherwise. Thanks for clarifying. I am sure glassdoor is doing something about tracing fake reviews. Also, it is unfair to put the entire company in bad light just because you and your boss (Tech Head) didn't gel up well. As far as I know, his team has stuck around with him since inception and have grown really well. Readers of this may reach out to our tech leads, Engineers, ops for a better understanding on the workload, growth and culture. Thanks, Suraj Sapra

      Good Office Infrastructure and supportive team mates nothing else.

      1. Firstly I like to say if you like to do work 12 to 16 hours in a day then this company best for you so I mean in this company no time management they expected you do work almost 10 to 12 hours in a office and also do work on home also. 2. They harras you mentally and say he will fire you...So no job security here. 3. There are no management skills how to run team and how to manage work actually anyone have no idea how to run work. 4. Lots of meetings there even in one day you will do 4 meetings and without any exact topic. 5. And I was a shocked that time when I receive a PIP on mail without any discussion with me they never warn me about my performance but directly give me PIP.

      Dear Friend, At the outset I will like to guide you that a PIP in itself is an indication that you need to improve on certain parameters which are much below the relative average of the company. You don't need a warning to receive a PIP as in industry terms, PIP in itself is a warning. We prefer to give multiple opportunities even to low performing employees so that they work hard and grow thus we are never harsh even in our PIP emails. This must have made you felt that it isn't a warning and you didn't take it as seriously as you should have. Past 1-1.5 years we have majorly worked from home and I know that it is challenging. Not just us however companies across the globe are now talking about stress and anxiety caused by work from home. Thus time management is something which an individual should learn and balance. We encourage people to take care of their health, spend quality time with their families and work hard to make them proud too. Best Wishes, Suraj Sapra
