- Staff incentives - Discounts - Culture - People

Cons

- They turn a blind eye to workplace bullying - Management are unapproachable - Managers who have been there for a while and have developed toxic behaviors are not pulled up on their behavior - Pay is lacklustre - Substantially understaffed & incredibly disorganised - They expect you to work overtime/go to functions in your own time - Blatant favoritism *its all about who you know

A lot of ego to deal with

Pros

Delicious food, great events, you get to work on cool projects and meet a lot of creative people

Cons

There’s a lot of stress and negativity that comes from the top down (as in, the actual top, Justin) people are so scared of him and his bad reactions that they micro manage and/or compete at every level. It’s not good when you can’t trust your managers.
