Pros
Mostly without interference of your superior. Flexibility: when I needed to take off - I got never a problem, I could work from home whenever I needed (if it was not on every day basis).
Cons
Working half of the time in different European Countries. No perspectives - Your work will not be valued in the long run. Most of the payment is under the counter. Rather underpaid for the workload. Sneaky coworkers in the office.
