      Pros

      Merrill has a close, welcoming, supportive team and it's rare to feel overwhelmed or alone when working on a difficult project. There are opportunities for growth in your role, employee wellness incentives, family-fun activities, company golf outings, etc. Merrill also offers flexibility with scheduling to promote work/life balance and the HR department/leadership team feel invested in the employee's wellbeing. If you have the drive and are committed to success, Merrill will help you every step of the way.

      Health benefits run a bit high Training / Communication (these are issues that are continuously being worked on and have improved in my tenure)

      Directors and Managers and Work Life balance

      Cons

      Upper Managment likes to throw words like core values out but don't follow them yet expect everyone else to. Pay and benefits are marginal at best. Employees that have been there a long time are not welcoming and unwilling to change / listen to managers.
