-Good Benefits -Free Lunch -Teacher Appreciation -Coffee(that you're only allowed to drink on breaks or before shift)

Cons

-Management is poor and does not communicate well with staff -They show favoritism to certain employees -They pay people with less credentials more money and if you ask for a raise it is not given to you. -They don't care about you if you aren't a lead teacher.

Merritt is a flexible employer who will work with your schedule. It is great for college students to go to school and work full or part time. They are always willing to train their staff to become better teachers or child care workers.

Cons

They do not pay you enough to live in the area they reside in.
