Cross-functional collaboration is also strong — working closely with product and medical teams has helped me understand our value proposition deeply.
Cons
It’s a lean team, so you wear multiple hats. It’s not for someone looking to coast. But if you’re resourceful and eager to learn, you’ll thrive.
