No training, unrealistic business goals, company is unable to produce items that were committed to complete, unable to complete projects on time, no policies or procedures or SOP's at all, exertive employees are all on there own page, lack clear of communication, financially unsecure, needing a REAL CEO, out dated equipments and office furniture (uses hollow house doors for desk), not up to building, heath code, verbally abusive exertive members, non-stop daily caiouse, everything is needs to be done right now (daily company fires), dishonest, discussing (pops his pimples in front of you and in meeting) and cut throat President (has no idea how to run a company), inconsistent demands from the President (daily changes for request that were given previously). If you voice your option they will terminate you regardless of position or if your out of the state on approved time off.
