Very unorganized and too many people are overloaded with work. The hours and overtime is ridiculous. It's not worth it and there is also a high turn over rate.

As a Longtime Worker here please read this thoroughly or else be prepared for the worst time of your life. Owners - Unrealistic timelines, horrible communication, only care about themselves & act like they are God's. Zero praise, zero promotions. They just turn a blinde eye to their failing company while taking it out on you. Management : Might as well not even exist. Half of them need to be let go so people who can actually do the job required. Head of Departments : Don't even get me started. I won't name any names but when you have a worker that NOBODY else wants to deal with, there's a problem. It's a well known issue that will never be Delt with. Just because they are a veteran employee doesn't mean it's for the good of the company. This is a warning to anyone that may Apply or Deals with MetalMaster. You're Not Valued, and the stress will eat you alive. I'm a Survivor that will Never recommend this company.
