      Good pay and benefits. Nice offices.

      Cons

      Toxic ledaership at executive level filters down. New leadership may help, but these new leaders were handpicked by the previous regime. Still very much an Vancouver Mens Club.

      Poor work-life balance. Senior Management talk about balance and practice it themselves but don't see that it is working for employees. Arrogance by top leaders. Poor culture at top. Boys club. High turnover.

      Pros

      A lot of good people that help make a pleasant place to spend the majority of your time.

      Cons

      A lot of time is dedicated to talking about how great they are as opposed to actually walking the talk and showing that what's important is actually important. Brand is promoted by relentlessly repeating what a good culture they have, when the reality is that it seems what management is constantly trying to accomplish is figuring out the next person to fire. HR has 0 credibility. Culture walked out the door about 4 years ago. But the money is good!
