Pros
Wonderful small business environment with the opportunity to play a critical role in the company's success in a variety of positions. Dynamic operation allows employees to develop a variety of skills and discover new talents as long as the employee is flexible.
Cons
Contract opportunities have been scarce at times forcing critical business decisions regarding both the direction of the company and the ability to retain employees' confidence.

You get to work alongside very smart and nice people on difficult and interesting software for satellite communication/monitoring...at least that is how it was before the restructuring and management new hires.
Cons
The company was going through some restructuring when I left. For the last few months before I left I think we needed 1-2 more developers to better divide the workload of some of the larger tasks.
