Pros

- Flexible work schedule (WFH etc.) - Autonomy of work - Great list of global clients

Cons

- Need more headcount and resources to meet needs of clients - Sense of being micro-managed (given the small team)

Autonomy. But it comes with a price.

Cons

Poor salary package. No bonus scheme. HR is non existent. No sense of belonging. Focus is just on growth, does not care about employees at all. Lack of resources. No transparency.
