The c suite and senior leaders are poor quality. It's become a very bureaucratic organisation with C level sign off required for almost anything, stifling agility and innovation.
Metrea is a VERY cliquey workplace - probably the worst I've had in a 15 year professional career. People do well by being yes-men (and women!) and toeing the line.
HR is poor - very badly led. There is general disillusionment around the company that isn't improved by a failing HR team.
The package is below average. Wages are below average, holiday entitlement is bare minimum as is pension. There is zero provision for training.
