Depending on your supervisor, the experience can be either positive or challenging. In my case, my supervisor lacks certain social and emotional skills, which has made my experience less positive.

The c suite and senior leaders are poor quality. It's become a very bureaucratic organisation with C level sign off required for almost anything, stifling agility and innovation. Metrea is a VERY cliquey workplace - probably the worst I've had in a 15 year professional career. People do well by being yes-men (and women!) and toeing the line. HR is poor - very badly led. There is general disillusionment around the company that isn't improved by a failing HR team. The package is below average. Wages are below average, holiday entitlement is bare minimum as is pension. There is zero provision for training.
