      Money oriented management, if you do not take sick leave = $$ Prizes!

      Pros

      company earns well, has workloads. MNC but works simply like a SMC. Local has many details hidden from main HQ management.

      Cons

      staff is always overwhelmed, underpaid. Made to force sales even for non sales staff. customers are usually made to pay and pay. employees are encouraged to not take sick leave to earn vouchers at end of year. Also certain departments have high workload but unable to enjoy entitled leave, yet still forced to clear, uncleared leave is always forfeited.

      Pros

      Great company to work in as a whole - feel like a one-big-global family.

      Cons

      Greatly depends on the local management. Particularly in one of SEA office, new management does not have clear goals for the organisation, does not appreciate their staff, and does not care about welfare. Very goal-oriented mindset.
