      Don't work at Montreal Head Office

      Pros

      May be OK at store level, great discount for employees.

      Cons

      Since the company has been sold from Liz Claiborne to private equity Gores Group, the new owner is reducing every costs he can. From 350 employees at Head office, only 70 are still working there. They cut the entire design department, and only work with the European collections. The new owners have no idea how retail and fashion work.

      Pros

      They treat there managers very well if you work hard and your dedicated. I have learned so much there, and have taken it with me. I highly recommend this company

      Cons

      Very operational, you need to be organized and as a store manager you need to hire a good team to help you. They are very much into the visual aspect of the store and at times forget about customers.
