      The co-workers are great, but innovative ideas are stifled by CFO, and extremely micro-managed. Barely solvent.

      Pros

      The work environment is fun and challenging. The personalities among the co-workers are varied. There is great longevity among employees, some lasting a few decades.

      Cons

      The company barely survives financially. They are under a worse mountain of debt than the USA. Ideas to save money are often curtailed or denied altogether.

      Pros

      Many fun and nice people work there. There are many opportunities for improvement so it should present the proper challenge.

      Cons

      How the position was portrayed to me was not what was reality, not even close. They need to hire more and better help in some areas (technology) but there is so much debt and spending that it almost seems like a sinking ship waiting to go under.

      Pros

      I get to work with the best people. People who work here are friendly and helpful. They have good bbq's.

      Cons

      They will not let you move to another position because they need you there. Then they will tell you they cannot give you any more increases because you are at the top pay for what you do. I guess they think nobody will leave, but they sure will.
