Disaster. Toxic place to work in Singapore!

Good set of products but behind the curve in terms of latest features. Good presales team. Only team where you find people who work for many years.

Cons

Under investment in R&D. Sales management is horrible. Regular use of profanity in every call PS and support hardly have any training Not caring for customer Not caring for employees Constant threat of being fired. Not see anyone stay more than 3 years. All policies are short term focused. No strategic thought. No accountability and responsibility from management. It always gets pushed to the employees
