There are some good colleagues but they won't stay long due to incompetent management and the constant pressure

Bad management, monitoring you in every aspect you can think of. Some years ago there were CCTV cameras in the toilets as well but got removed as people complained that this is illegal. Indian owned company with 90% Indian staff. Unless you are one of them you won't progress any where.
