      Pros

      I am putting this review so that no one get fooled by this company, they will select you give offer letter ,let you resign from your former company then will not call for joining.

      Cons

      unprofessional behaviour , they are celebrating 20 years of excellance i don't know how. Need to be transparent because someone future is in your hands.

      Pros

      If you are eager to learn, you can learn new softwares. You can join this company if you do not have job. Otherwise try for a good one.

      Cons

      If you are late they will deduct Rs.500 from payment. You will always spied on by some MicroGenesis Securities. The do not keep their words. Just bluff about your future. If they need you they will be play very dramatic scenes for which you will be convinced. They will without information deduct from your salaries and cut benefits. You will regret after working for them. No one leaves this company with good terms.
