Very dysfunctional management.

The benefits are fantastic, the "Company" is OK, the worker bee's are friendly and helpful.

Cons

The leadership of the Upper Management is not consistent. Some of those who are in upper Management do not function as upper Management should. Many have resigned because some of those who are in Management positions shouldn't be.
