      Poor management skills, sales leadership only looking at numbers without understand the actual ground games, like competition and how new features can serve customers' need

      - Product install-base and awareness lags behind other Magic Quadrant Leaders in BI space. - Internal processes (sales and HR processes) takes up too much time. Company is making a conscious effort to optimize these processes though.
