The new ownership group is not on site in Idaho and don't appear to be too interested in being here. They check in once in a while but only to throw a free lunch at the hourly people. The company has changed a lot since the owners sold it. A lot. I heard that Microbe Formulas as a brand doesn't even exist anymore. I guess I left at the right time.

Leadership is completely disconnected from their employees. They push "core values" that they themselves don't follow. The amount of arrogance is also really impressive. They ignore the people who are experts in their field for whatever they think is best. It creates a lot of unnecessary work. The pay is ok depending on your position, but it really depends on your perceived value. You can do a lot and not get that paycheck that shows it, or you can be one of the few employees who does nothing or clearly is terrible at their job and make a boat load of money.
