Huge shift in culture and operations

They offer some neat benefits such as unlimited PTO, hybrid work and nice offices.

Cons

There have been a lot of lay offs recently and probably more to come. These lay offs were handled poorly. This has caused a huge shift in the culture and more and more people are unhappy, confused and concerned about their future there. The company is struggling with product strategy and client retention while they don’t have competent leadership to address this issue which is causing constant shifts in direction resulting in chaos and stress for the whole team. In terms of product, they are beginning to fall behind on the market, lacks innovation and competitive advantage.

Troublesome times for employees

The company has some good products like BlinkID, which can keep it alive in years to come. The company has many excellent engineers; you can learn a lot from them. It has been chiefly a pleasant working atmosphere with good working conditions.

Cons

It seems like the leadership doesn't know how to launch new products, and in the last few months, many people quit or were laid off. Benefits were trimmed, and I believe morale hit a record low.
