Pros
Employees are all friendly and helpful, willing to share knowledge and collaborate/help out on tasks when asked. There's decent room for professional growth both in skillset and in position. Non-compensation benefits offered are solid, and pay is appropriate.
Cons
Because the company is still growing, things can sometimes change really quickly, really heavily, or both at the same time. Not necessarily a con for everyone, but worth noting.
