Well it's family owned so there is a pecking order you must follow or at least respect else you won't be around long.

This company pretends to be employee centric and claims to have amazing benefits , but most of the benefits can’t be used unless you work on 1st shift so basically if you are on 2nd or 3rd shift you don’t get to enjoy any of the company offerings .
2nd and 3rd shift are known company wide as “the sh*t shift”
