The management has a very fiery temper. He doesn't respect the life and privacy of his staffs. Not only he verbally abuses them. But he went as far as physically assulting them when he blows his temper up! He thinks that by doing that, he gets his employees to listen to him. Even if they did, they did it out of fear. Not respect! He should first learn to respect his employees first and treat them like a human being! They are not your pets that you can kick them, hit them and throw things at!!!!

there are many negative reviews discrediting the company. This is true. there is a puppet director who is just a software engineer that caused havoc in wrong scripts at a government entity causing company having to pay a heavy fine. who claims that says the good worklife balance when it is totally false. using covid as an excuse ,staff did not get any bonus and new year ang bao open work is $10. best angbao from a boss who drives an expansive car but never care for staff. Giving staff $10 to start work for new year ? LOL knowing that the company is unable to hire new staff , they start hiring using another company Nubitel Pte Ltd on newspaper , carreerfutures It is still the same management, so many negative reviews from so many ex staff over the years. the boss will only shift the attention and negative reviews to those ex staff who are now working at good companies like govtech , ST Engineering , NCS and IHIS . so who is the real villiant?.
