      Pros

      There are not any good reasons to work here unless you are in desperate need of work.

      Cons

      The toxic work culture predicated by upper and senior management. No opportunity for advancement unless your boss quits. Management plays favorites that cannot deliver results. There is no company strategy and decisions are impulsive and data is scorned. Good people are quitting every month.

      Pros

      Decent Salary, Good offices and most are amazing people.

      Cons

      Barbra "The Little General" is an amazingly awful person. Lots of drama stemming from jealousy.

      It could be a really great organization but it falls short. There is potential.

      Cons

      Terrible management, not run professionally. You have to be on the inner circle to be respected or considered for any input. The inner circle is very small, 3 people. They aren't very bright and make decisions by the seat of their pants.
