Pros

Loved helping people. Loved the majority of people I worked with. Free parking and close to home.

Cons

Very political. Office environment always felt tense. You do not feel as if you are working at a lawfirm but more at a sweatshop with impossible quotas and very little pay. They only give you a raise of .25 cents per year. There is a reason why there is constant turnover.

Pros

The people are very nice, including management. The law firm has a noble mission to assist clients seeking Social Security disability benefits, so you can feel good about the work you are doing.

Cons

The wages are not competitive or livable. Most people work second jobs.
