RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at Midwest Underground Technology full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Good pay and great benefits. Management is really good in HVAC division. The PM started out as a tech with the company so he knows what it's like.
Cons
Lots and lots of travel as an HVAC tech. I got a lot of overtime but don't want to miss my kids growing up.
Pros
A very collaborative work environment, coworkers always willing to help when you get into a bind.
Cons
Upper managers set unreasonable profit targets without taking the advice of those in charge of implementing the work.
