      Pros

      Hours of operation are pretty good. Managers buy lunch for sales team occasionally.Taking time off usually is not a problem.

      Cons

      Too many Sales people on the floor. No Gross to be made on Trailers Sales side. You can sell 5 Trailers & not make any commission. Monthly Sales goals are unachievable with current interest rates/foot traffic. The only way to make any money is by getting an Internet Sales position.

      Your coworkers are actually fun to be around and the only reason it is tolerable

      Cons

      It is full of old racist men , who are constantly whining about having to work. The service manager is on another planet and never says good morning, you can be speaking directly to him and it’s like you’re not even there. No raise. Office and buildings are old and they only renovate the areas for the sales side
