Pros

Not one to mention. Pay is high, but working condition is pathetic. Long working hours, no proper breaks. No proper working environment.

Cons

1. No proper workstations for employees all are grouped together. 2. No talent recognition and no teamwork in sharing information. 3. Boss had no leadership qualities. Always whined and complained was frustrated with new employees knowing that they are more talented than him, Boss used to micromanage work without distributing and delegating workload. Always complained about his personal problems, no sleep, no money, always having breathing problems and blaming sorroundings for all his problems. 4. Boss always whined and complained about his own immediate bosses, Abused all talented individual using all sorts of vulgar words. Calling himself a bloody german and terminating services of sub ordianted feeling threatened at work. Eliminated competition by stating his subordinate is more qualified and capable than him. Boss was the hiring manager ha ha must be blind along with the HR officers when they selected the candidate. 5. Only stupid idiots survive in this company only because of the good work done by it sub contractors. 6. No recognition to qualifications or certification an employee has.

Pros

I was fortunate enough to work with a few smart, creative and kind people. And if you can deal with having no work life balance, you get to work on some cool projects with some notable clients.

Cons

Besides some of the petty and gossipy members of leadership in all offices, the workload will drive you absolutely insane. You can easily work 12 hour days almost everyday and weekends because you’ll never be able to get your work done during normal business hours or with working overtime during the week. And if you try to leave the office on time each evening, you’ll get dirty looks and people assume you just don’t have enough work to do. When you finally are fed up enough to bring up the workload issue to your manager they will pretend that they will work to lessen your workload (and never do) or tell you to ask for help from other team members (who are also swamped and could never help you). And the best part is that when you’re doing well, they reward you with more accounts/work. When you try to take a vacation, you’re made to feel guilty and most times end up having to do some work or be constantly checking your email or getting calls from your team mates or supervisors. When it comes time for a promotion or a raise for all of your grueling work - forget it. They’ll make up all kinds of excuses to not promote you/give you a raise. In all honestly after working here for a few years, my anxiety was at an all time high. I cried at work at least twice a week and after leaving for a new company, it took me about a year to get rid of the feelings of PTSD I had from working here. Most people are miserable here and they know it and try to give you bagels and pizza parties and “unlimited PTO” to make up for it. If you’re desperate and just starting out in your career, I could see why you might choose this place out of desperation but please please beware.

Pros

With the lack of stable leadership, it's very easy to stay in your own lane and grow business or relationships without a ton of day-to-day interference. But, once someone leading another practice realizes you're doing something important or of value, look out-- they'll put a target on your back.

Cons

Literally everyone at the SVP level and up at MWWPR is toxic. All they do is bicker and backstab. And, since so many of them have been there 10+ years, they lack relevance or thought leadership-- they know only one way of doing something. The CEO is just about the worst leader I've ever worked with, to the point of being embarrassed to be in meetings with him.
