- Beautiful projects (most of the time) - New offices looks good

Cons

- Terrible management - Lots of positive toxicity - Communication problems - Pipeline often ineffective - Resulting in a lot of overtime and lots of requests to work overtime - Possible shaming meetings for those who don't work overtime - Mikros is only a service provider, and has no rights to IPs - Difficulties to display work, as the studio asks to limit it significantly - Too much inner-circle behavior among management - Mosty short contracts, bound to project - Renewing contract is a pain, with often late paperwork - Because HR is virtually non-existent.
