Growing, high budget, fast paced environment.

Cons

Money solves everything. Lead pastor and his inner circle run church without oversight. Whatever the lead pastor wants he gets. Wildly unhealthy staff culture. Run like a corporation and staff are treated accordingly. Don't make a mistake!
