Pros

Humana Health insurance benefits and sales training is great but you have to make it your own because they sometimes cheapen the homes by having a "car salesman" mentality.

Cons

Management has a tendency take employees for granted. You are indirectly expected to work 7 days/ week. I was consistently turned down for acquired vacation days and requested days off for a life event. Constant micromanaging to the point where it's actually counter-efficient for business.

Pros

The money is the only good thing about this company. However you have to be careful once you get a large backlog because they love to fire people for no apparent reason

Cons

What can I say there's nothing good about this company except for the money you can make. Even then you have to beware because you could be fired and instant for no reason. They have great locations but that's about it their product is garbage.

Pros

Great land positions around Austin, the communities are in ideal locations.

Cons

There's no such thing as a day off. Your sales are appreciated for about 2 minutes and then it's "what else you got workin", nothing is ever good enough. The sales meetings involve harassment, inappropriate behavior, and the sales counselors are treated and talked to like a group of children. These meeting can last four hours and you're given a hard time just to use the restroom.
