      Management lacks directions. Thus product's has not evolved in years, though users' base has changed. People-first culture is now only on paper.

      Cons

      New top management team was onboard recently and implemented very steep changes in the company in a short time. Affected all partners, customers and milestone employees a lot. This may be due to the new executive leadership levels dont understand this industry enough but chose to implement these many changes. Many left and new blood came. An amount of Senior employees with huge experiences left too which is not good. Overall if you can adapt to these changes, you can stay. Top executive Management don’t communicate their plans to the lower tier before implementing some change.. this brings no transparency and internal employees left with question marks as we have to face our partners with questions that we do not know how to answer. Pay is still lower than market… can be higher
