      Pros

      The clinic itself and the Pediatric environment is nice and I enjoyed working with the kids/families.

      Cons

      Broken promises, they tell you prior to relocating for the job what setting you will be working and then change it when you start. Agree to desired hours, and then switch the hours into late evenings. A lot of miscommunication between Management resulting in confusion amongst employees. No response when asking questions via email. Some of the management do not treat employees with respect.

      Pros

      The families you serve are amazing. Cancels are slim because there’s such a need for speech therapists. Training period is great. Lots of support from other therapists and people within your discipline.

      Cons

      The management is very poorly ran. The HR position has changed 3x in the last 2 years so payroll is always messed up. Speech therapists get 30 minute treatment sessions only which makes an 8 hour day exhausting. Management pretends to care and says things will change and they never do. The owner is asleep at the wheel and promoting people who are terrible at their job. They changed the pay structured 3x in 2 years- will most likely keep changing.
