Pros

Still somewhat of a small company feel despite being part of a large corporation. The work is always interesting, fast-paced, and varied. You will have the opportunity to do many things here and will not get stuck doing the same old thing.

Cons

Often need to put in long hours with little incentive but job satisfaction.

Good pay, 9/80 work schedule, good benefits.

Cons

Frequent mandatory overtime when they are rushing to finish a project. I also literally would have the shop manager spying on me all day. weirdo.
