      Pros

      Learned a shipping process (small package and freight) that can be a universal skillset for any similar job. It was very hands-on training (both from current employees and self taught). overall felt like a standard warehouse experience. Good entry level position.

      Cons

      The work environment could be questionable at times: supervisors not adhering to company standards, at times unsafe/hazardous work floor.

      you can earn good money if you work hard. the clients are good to work with product is pretty good

      Cons

      ownership is volatile. (emails in the middle of the night demanding reports first thing in the morning) they'll change your comp plan a lot of HR nightmares
