      Pros was when Milton Roy was owned by UTC. And Milton Roy use to be about quality not quantity so much.

      Cons

      The way the new management was put together. If you work for Milton Roy. Be expected to be treated as if u are a soulless robot and have hovering managers over u. Just went down hill and they lost some of there best builders in the building why do u think there hiring so much. Cause Milton Roy is now a joke.
