      Moving to the cloud and embracing new tech. Remote working 4 out of 5 days (please don't change this) Cybersecurity and working to protect people

      Cons

      Too many legacy system. Lots of key people leaving every week for the last few months after the acquisition of Permira

      A start up culture, but with a mid-sized attitude

      Pros

      Good balance between work and home life. Superb office facilities, but with the ability to WFH. Startup vibe, but with grown up processes.

      Cons

      There is sometimes a need to release functionality in a timescale that does not facilitate the company to be fully prepared. This results in support cases, leading to pressure to better support smaller teams at the coal face. The lack of a recognized release board is at the heart of the problem. It's a classic case of a company growing to a size where it needs processes, but isn't quite there yet.

      Thoroughly enjoy everything about my job! Very challenging but very fun! People are happy, my team is a great bunch of hard workers! The perks are out of this world!
