The technology is outdated and processes within engineering are laughable. This leads to many incidents and outages. All the talented people are leaving by choice or have been forced to leave in a Twitter style purge orchestrated by the CTPO. All of the replacements are people the from the CTPO's two previous companies. The culture in engineering is toxic. Since the current CTPO joined morale has plummeted. Engineers have an attitude of "I suffered so you have to too" and if problems are identified the long standing staff refuse to change anything as "that is how it always has been". Engineering will be going into the office twice a week from January, more people will leave.
