Pros
My superior never pressurized me or my other team members. we always came up with the solution to satisfy the hunger and curiosity of the client . Even when the client(s) irated, my superior and me maintained our coolness.
Cons
Every person or firm has, so what that's makes all of us humans and we keep working on our flaws or cons, and turn those flaws into pros. The irony here is, when the old cons become pros, new cons are born, and this cycle is set on loop, since the dawn of age !
