Micromanagement! Continuous stream of meetings where arbitrary changes are made, then reversed, then reinstated... Extreme disparity in pay. Look up the latest Form 990. In 2019, the company had 792k in revenue and paid the manager 199,716. That's about a quarter of gross revenue! When I was there, she came in a few hours most weekdays and spent most of that time on the news, shopping, and looking up recipes. The company also appears to be dying. More than 95% of their revenue comes from SFARI and they are not paying as much anymore. Look up the Form 990s, they are public.
