As long as you are willing to work and stay on your feet all day long, go for it.
Cons
High turnaround. Unable to build a knowledge base without proper leadership.

Moneywise it is a good pay if you ready to put 12 hour shifts starting at $13.5/hr Second chance job for convict felons Music is played during the shift so you don't get board or sleepy Good place for starter and no experience
Cons
Rewards are giving only to employees hired; tempt employees don't get rewards whenever team put good production. Favoritism is played in action depending on race and team leader Evaluation is not fairly done based on work assignment and raise go from 15 cents to 90 cents even if you have not been absent the all year
