      Standard Corporate Benefits. Central location. Nice office space.

      Cons

      Shallow understanding of digital business. Loudest voice wins. Unfair treatment of employees. Corruption in the technical team. Yes to everything. Unnecessary spending. Scapegoat mentality. Friends of management get much higher pay although with very junior experience.

      Pros

      Exciting new brand (Mirum), exposure to new technologies and ways of doing things, large global network within Mirum, JWT, and the wider WPP.

      Cons

      Poor management and leadership, inconsistent and ever-changing top down management rules, no talent retention strategies (use and burn), lack of local culture and team cohesion, finance driven at the expense of employee welfare and professional satisfaction, below market compensation. Does not implement Best Practice in agency operational excellence.

      Pros

      There are nice people there that got duped into working there... but it is such an incredible revolving door. do not bother if you are smart.

      Cons

      • Management will not pay for talent and as a result the people are stretched and have incredibly long hours. • Absolutely no creativity nor any appreciation/repect for it • Only order takers/robots, just do what they say, and you will be fine • Told not to trust anyone in the office
