Fun subject matter to work on, varied work load. Fun to work on events that people love so much. Great exposure to high-level events and large-scale environments. Very committed team, their work is very engrained in their life.
Cons
Many levels of approval needed for most decisions, was given contradicting feedback very frequently. The level of commitment coming from much of the team might promote an unhealthy work-life balance.
