      No pros . No benefit to join.

      Cons

      No salary after work. A lot of pressure. Daily target. If not meat target listen abusing language. Salary comes after 15 th by check. If you spend here one month. If you leave check bounced. No documents given if you leave with in six months. My documents is still pending not given by company. Management CEO says this is not my company my father us director . Now go his father for documents .

      Individual policy for everyone. 1. No Job security and forget about growth . 2. Worst Management, They know nothing about how to talk to employees, They know nothing about etiquette, delicacy at all . Even they don't know how to quote email. 3. Poor work culture. 4. Too much pressure on mind 5. You can't get sick/emergency leave here for a single day. if you take than your salary will be hold on 15 working days. 6. They have no values of there words . Never be on their words. 7. All fake good reviews by their advertisement and HR team. 8. 10-15 employees company

      Dear Employee , we are not sure about fake reviews or Non-Fake reviews , it can be true with your review as well . We are taking all reviews negative or Positive for betterment of company . At least All employee who have worked in organisation knows that (I) Salary is always on time and Date is defined in Policy of the company and that is known since last 7 years . (ii) Yes , it is possible if there is Delivery date , as with All IT Companies , employee have to work on Holiday but a Complimentary Holiday is also provided against that once Delivery is made .
