1. Top Management is too Arrogant for an early-stage startup. 2. Upper management spending thousands of dollars to live their luxurious life and travelling back and forth from London ↔ Bengaluru. 3. Review system is bad. Always ends up screwing employees budget. They just need a chance to deduct your salary. Sometimes reasons are so silly. 4. Worst Part 1: Non-Techs are leading the tech team. 5.
